LEATHER PATCH HATS

We take your business logo and laser engrave it into hand processed, hand-sewn, leather patch.

Your logo will be laser engraved on 100% full-grain vegetable-tanned leather hide from a REAL COW. Each patch will vary as each part of the hide is cut, dyed, cleaned, and sewn into place. Since we cut these out of actual cow hide, some imperfections do happen like scars, cuts and abrasions from the hide.

We believe that each patch has an honoring story to tell.

PRODUCT DETAILS - HOW TO ORDER

1. Upload your Logo: We need a vector file to make the magic happen.

2. Choose a Hat Style:
We have lots of different structured hat brands that we use - all with a mesh snapback

  • Richardson 112 - five or six-panel

  • Richardson 115 - structured six-panel

  • Richardson Flat Bill - seven-panel

  • Yupoong Flat Brim - five or six-panel

  • Zapped -

2. Choose a Hat Color: We have lots of colors available. These are some of the more popular/favorite ones.

4. Patch Design/Shape: Pick from a variety of shapes or let us do the picking for you. Or we can even die cut around your logo. You decide which you like the best.

5. Leather Patch Color: We use a water repellant sealant on the leather patch, which has its authentic look from the natural leather.


6. How many: We have No Minimums. Whether you need a single 'test drive' hat for yourself or a full fresh set for the whole crew, we’ve got you. Grab one to make sure it’s perfect, then save big when you pull the trigger on a bulk order.
